Offered exclusively to Hardware Retailers and DIY stores currently, the aim of our electrical programme is to equip the Hardware retailers and DIY stores with electrical product knowledge and application skills to be able to do the following:
• To enable staff to sell the electrical products with confidence.
• To enable staff to offer project advisory to customers.
• To enable staff to sell add-on products.
• To enhance staff broad knowledge of electrical products.
The Programme Outline is as follows:
